The Chicago Clean Cities team organizes an annual Green Drives conference. Transportation now accounts for the largest portion of total U.S. Greenhouse Gas Emissions and is a major contributor to the Chicago area’s air quality issues. Green Drives – one of the largest clean-transportation conferences held in the Midwest – is a must-attend event for government officials, commercial and municipal fleet managers, corporate sustainability officers, and clean-tech and clean-energy professionals who want to learn how to use cleaner, lower emissions fuels and technologies, while saving money.

For the 2019 edition, eIQ Mobility co-founder Yann Kulp was invited to join a panel on “Green Fleets, Electric Work Trucks, and Alternative Fuel Vehicles”, with Dave Schaller, Director, North American Council for Freight Efficiency, and Marianne Mintz, Energy Systems Analyst, Argonne National Laboratory, moderated by John Davis of MotorWeek Television. The panel discussed the wide ranging implications of commercial and fleet electrification for the 200+ audience of Midwest fleet leaders & vehicle manufacturers.
